• "Outstanding vocal jazz that sometimes stimulates introspection and at other times is simply exciting."

  • “A delightfully lovely, wonderful album.”

    Donos Kulturalny, PL

  • “Stopa snu” is not a simple experience – the journey through a colorful, dreamy and emotionally full world requires concentration and repeated returns. But they are worth it. Marta Kloučková’s second album opens up to the listener gradually, carefully. But that makes the experience even stronger.

  • “Loving Season’s solo debut already sounded mature. In addition, “Stopa snu” is a bit bolder, rather more balanced and more complete. It captures the most important things that the creative process should contain. Development, search, finding.“

    Harmonie Music Magazine 12/2022

  • “No matter if you hear jazz, indie-pop, or post-fusion with classical music on the album Loving Season, it’s essential that Marta Klouckova’s music leaves a deep trace. I consider the album to be one of the most successful that appeared on the Czech music scene in 2018.”

Marta Kloučková is a singer, songwriter and composer whose work bridges jazz with multi-genre influences. Leads the Marta Kloučková Quintet (with top Czech jazz musicians such as David Dorůžka, Vít Křišťan, Jaromír Honzák, and Marek Urbánek) and also is a member of award winning vocal sextet SKETY.

Throughout her career she has collaborated with a number of respected musicians on the Czech jazz scene. Lately she explores a minimalist format based on voice and guitar with acclaimed guitarist David Doruzka (new album How Little We Dream will be out April 10th 2026). In such settings, the focus shifts toward space, listening, and shared musical intuition, revealing the depth and flexibility of her vocal expression.

Her work combines jazz tradition with original expression and poetry (both on her debut Loving Season as well as her sophomore album Stopa snu), making her regarded as one of the most distinctive contemporary figures in Czech jazz. In addition, she hosts a radio show on Czech Radio Vltava devoted to vocal jazz, and her concerts often involve creative arrangements, including orchestral collaboration. Marta has performed at major Czech jazz and multi-genre festivals, as well as international stages such as Sunset-Sunside and Le Bal Blomet in Paris and Jazz Fest Steyr in Austria, among others.
